WBC Super Featherweight Champion Miguel Berchelt had no problem whatsoever in taking out his overmatched opponent Eleazar Valenzuela in six rounds in a non title match at the TV Azteca Studios in Mexico City. Berchelt landed two big right hands that stunned Valenzuela badly and followed up with a big left hook that forced his badly dazed opponent back in to the ropes where he landed a few more punches that forced the referee to step in and stop the contest. WBO Junior Featherweight Champion Emanuel Navarrete methodically wore down and stopped Uriel Lopez in six rounds last night in a non-title bout at the TV Azteca studios in Mexico City.
